Aid Stations

• Start/Finish Line Aid Station – Located at the Tsali Trailhead and available for the 50K, 30K, and 8K events.

• Murphy’s Gap Aid Station (Full Service)

  • 50K: Mile 6.5 (Mile 13 on the return side)

• Trailhead Aid Station / Checkpoint (Full Service)

  After completing the Thompson Loop and Mouse Branch section, 50K runners will return through the start/finish area at approximately Mile 14. This serves as an official checkpoint and full-service aid station where runners may access supplies, nutrition, and make gear or clothing adjustments if needed.

• Crossroads Aid Station (Full Service + Medical Support)

  • 50K: Mile 22.5

  • 30K: Mile 9

• Water-Only Aid Station (Unmanned)

  • 50K: Mile 26.75

  • 30K: Mile 13.5

  • 8K: Mile 1

Drop Bags

There will be a designated drop-bag area located near the start/finish line.

50K runners will have access to their drop bags at approximately Mile 14 when they return through the timing mats at the Trailhead Aid Station checkpoint.
